What is Magnet Kitchens Trade? Is not it just the same as Magnet Kitchens? Well, Magnet kitchen is one of the most kitchenette brands in England. It was one of the biggest manufacturers and suppliers in Britain. Magnet was established and developed first time in Bingley, West Yorkshire in 1918. The company focused on making doors, windows, and also joinery products. After that the company started to supply joinery component for major companies, especially constructions projects. As the company grew and customers demand increased, three new branches were opened in Knaresborough, Keighley, and Grays.
But the in 1970, the actual production and the first time ever the company has made kitchenette production. Soon, the company has become one of the biggest manufacturers in the world in 1975. Soon enough, Magnet made merger with Southern-Evans and finally exceeded 200 branches. Since then the company managed to succeed. Unfortunately, with economic crisis, the company was almost bankrupt and had to close several factories. In 2001, Magnet was bought by Nobia, a company from Sweden. Then the Magnet Trade concept was introduced to grow the companys share in trade channel. Since then the company has two brands, of Magnet and Magnet Trade.
Magnet Kitchens Trade has separate showrooms from Magnet Kitchens products and only sells to registered customers.
